Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement governs your use of Gray House services. Please read carefully before subscribing to our bookkeeping, tax, or CFO services.

Agreement Overview
This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Gray House Fintech Solutions LLC ("Gray House", "we", "us") and you ("Client", "you", "your"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Gray House will provide financial services to your business.
By subscribing to our services, creating an account, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is specifically designed for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia and incorporates requirements under ZATCA regulations and Saudi Commercial Law.
Service Plans and Inclusions
Gray House offers various subscription plans tailored to different business needs:
Bookkeeping Plans
Monthly or annual plans including:
- Transaction recording and categorization
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Monthly financial statements
- Dedicated bookkeeper
- ZATCA-compliant record keeping
Tax Services
Annual or quarterly plans including:
- VAT registration and filing
- Zakat calculation and filing
- Tax advisory and planning
- ZATCA correspondence
- E-invoicing Phase 2 compliance
CFO Services
Monthly advisory plans including:
- Financial strategy and planning
- Budget preparation and monitoring
- Investor reporting
- Cash flow management
- Monthly strategy calls
Subscription Terms
Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Annual plans receive discounted rates as advertised
Term and Renewal
- Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month
- Annual subscriptions automatically renew annually
- You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Service Level Commitments
- Bookkeeping: Monthly reports delivered within 15 business days
- Tax filing: Returns filed 5 business days before deadline
- Support: Response within 24 business hours
- Uptime: 99.5% platform availability guarantee
Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:
Provide Accurate Information
Supply complete, accurate, and timely financial documents, including bank statements, invoices, receipts, and other relevant records.
Review and Approve
Review all financial reports and tax filings prepared by Gray House and approve them before submission to ZATCA or other authorities.
Maintain Security
Protect your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security concerns.
Compliance Cooperation
Cooperate with any ZATCA audits or inquiries and provide necessary documentation as requested.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Gray House treats all client information as strictly confidential. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
- Staff are bound by confidentiality agreements
- Data is stored within Saudi Arabia or approved jurisdictions
- Regular security audits and compliance checks
We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Limitations and Disclaimers
While Gray House strives for accuracy and excellence, the following limitations apply:
- Gray House is not a licensed public accounting firm
- Services do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice
- You retain ultimate responsibility for all tax filings and submissions
- We rely on the accuracy of information you provide
- Force majeure events may impact service delivery
Important: This Agreement does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship. For specific legal or tax advice, please consult licensed professionals in Saudi Arabia.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement:
- Client may cancel with 30 days written notice
- Gray House may terminate for material breach with 15 days notice
- Immediate termination for fraud or illegal activities
- Upon termination, you will receive all your data in standard formats
- Outstanding fees must be settled before data release
