Definitions

  • "Gray House", "we", "us", or "our": Refers to Gray House Fintech Solutions LLC, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • "Services": All bookkeeping, tax preparation, CFO advisory, and related financial services provided through our platform.
  • "User", "you", or "your": Any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
  • "Platform": Our website, mobile applications, and any other digital interfaces.
  • "ZATCA": Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority of Saudi Arabia.

Service Description

Gray House provides financial management services including but not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping and accounting services
  • Tax preparation and filing (VAT, Zakat)
  • CFO and financial advisory services
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • ZATCA e-invoicing compliance solutions
  • Payroll processing and compliance

Important: Gray House is not a licensed public accounting firm. We are a technology-enabled service provider. Our services do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice. We recommend consulting with licensed professionals for specific advice.

All services are provided in accordance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations, including ZATCA requirements.

User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Comply with all applicable Saudi laws and regulations
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Provide all necessary documentation in a timely manner
  • Review and approve financial reports before submission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law:

  • Gray House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all tax filings and financial reports

Note: While we strive for accuracy in all our work, you remain responsible for the final review and submission of all tax documents and financial filings to ZATCA and other authorities.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

For international clients, we may agree to arbitration in accordance with the Saudi Arbitration Regulations.
